The 74-room 3-story hotel, owned by the Urbana Motel Partners and operated by Johnson Development Company of Springfield, IL, is located at 1003 West Killarney adjacent to the Holiday Inn Hotel and Conference Center. The Holiday Inn Hotel and Conference Center is also operated by Johnson Development Company.
